OUR HISTORY
The creating of our company
Since 2015, the environment for industrial companies has fundamentally changed.
Regulation, technology, and geopolitics have not evolved in isolation — they have converged.
We have been able to follow that shift, closely and practically.
Our work has included conversations and in personal meetings with over thousand industry leaders, in positions as owners, boards and executives, across 30 Swedish municipalities, in Europe, USA and Asia.
2015
The beginning of structural change
Digital transformation emerged as a strategic priority, alongside early Industry 4.0 adoption.
During the foundation we worked with organizations building new digital capabilities, including talent strategies and structures to support emerging digital business units.
Deep dive into digital transformation
In parallell the founder attended a Master in Digital Media management focused on Digital transformation at Hyper Island design school in London.
2016
Techcrunch Disrupt
Disrupt Synergies is invited to TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, USA and a personal visit to the founder Keith Teare, before meeting with Stanford university.
2016
Data becomes regulated
With GDPR introduced, data shifted from an asset to a regulated responsibility.
We supported companies in aligning digital growth initiatives with new data protection requirements — ensuring that expansion did not create future risk.
Techcrunch Disrupt
Disrupt Synergies is invited to TechCrunch Disrupt in San Francisco, USA and a personal visit to the founder Keith Teare, before meeting with Stanford university.
Gathering in Lithuania to disrupt status quo and release synergies
Disrupt Synergies is invited as a disruptive thinker, host and panel facilitator at IT, Business & Trade Summit at Vilnius Tech Park the 6-7th October, in Vilnius, Lithuania. Vilnius Tech Park was opened in 2016, becoming the largest ICT hub in the Baltic-Nordic region.
Gathering in Romania to disrupt status quo and release synergies
Disrupt Synergies is invited as a disruptive thinker and as speaker at Techfest during Bucharest Tech Week 2017 Romania the 20-24th September. It marked a significant expansion of Romania's premier technology event.

Disrupt Synergies is invited as a disruptive thinker and panelist, talking about the future of electrification and mobility services at Vattenfalls event the 4th July, "The electricity market - Who cares?" Almedalen Political week is the world's largest open democratic event, hosting around 60 000 visitors yearly.
Our launch of "the Future of Healthtech" concept at Almedalen
Disrupt Synergies launched #The-future-of concept in Almedalen. The Future of Healthtech the 5th July had panelists from McKinsey (McKinsey's first stage performance in Almedalen), GE Healthcare, Visiba Care, Familjeläkarna och SecureAppBox. Almedalen Political week is the world's largest open democratic event, hosting around 60 000 visitors yearly.
Our launch of "the Future of TDL, Blockchain and Cryptocurrency" at Almedalen
