Transformation agent

Your role

As a Transformation agent you will be leading and participating in projects, enabling our clients to disrupt the status quo in thinking, doing and acting, to release innovation and lead our clients through successful transformation. Using visual simulations to co-create simple solutions tailored to our clients. Facilitating competitive intelligence across departments and stakeholders, discovering new revenue channels and ways of operating.

Empowering our clients to develop their project portfolio management and execute their strategies. Assisting our customers in planning and executing large and complex programs and projects, from business model innovation to transformation programs with focus on driving innovation from within..

CAPABILITIES

Hold at least one relevant master’s degree.

Minimum 5 years of experience from consultancy work.

Experience from PMOs, innovation processes, program and portfolio management.

Advanced and applied cultural and operational change management skills and competence with ability to embrace diversity.

R&D processes in private organisations.

Ability to transform strategy into operational excellence, involving multiple stakeholders and technical options.

Ability to apply an open-minded aka. “Pluralistic approach” and empathic listening when solving complex challenges.

Highly value-oriented in creating value growth for our clients.

Excellent communications skills and presentation techniques.

CONDITIONS

Languages: English fluently, Swedish fluently

Location: Stockholm/ Flexible

Reporting: Directly to the Swarm partner

Performance based results will be reviewed and create opportunities for further training and educational programs, to advance the career.
